GASKETS & FLANGES

To compliment TTi’s high quality headers, TTi uses the Interface Solution HTX-900 exhaust gasket material. A proven hi-performance exhaust gasket composite used extensively within the automotive high performance racing industry, where characteristics such as structural strength and high-temperature load retention are required to withstand severe under-the-hood operating environments.

HTX-900 is a high density non-asbestos fiber metal core composite specifically designed for exhaust manifold header and collector gasket applications. The composite construction consist of two graphite coated, heat resistant fiber blend / NBR bound sheets, mechanically and chemically fused to an expanded steel core. Its robust construction provides excellent sealing performance, high temperature load retention, chemical resistance, structural strength and clean release characteristics upon disassembly.

Recommendation: Use a very thin layer of High Temp Red Gasket Silicone Sealant on each side of gasket

EXHAUST HEAD PIPES
TTI’s Exhaust Pipes or also know as head pipes are designed to many stock manifolds. The manifold casting numbers are required off of each manifold to ensure the correct pipe bend necessary for your application.

H-PIPE ASSEMBLIES
TTI H-pipes are made from 16 gauge aluminized tubing, mandrel bent, swedged and notched on the inlet-end. Designed with a 2.5” width adjusting crossover tube to allow the maximum flow of exhaust gases.  • H-pipes do not directly bolt-up to stock manifolds, exhaust pipes required.
• H-pipes do not directly bolt-up to headers, header adapters required.
• H-pipe assemblies supplied with 5 clamps

“X” PIPE ASSEMBLIES
The TTI “X” Pipe crossover design improves power and sound tone, compared to traditional H-pipe designs. Made from 16 gauge aluminized tubing, mandrel bent and designed with width adjusting slip-connectors for ease of installation.
• “X” pipes do not directly bolt-up to stock manifolds, exhaust pipes required.
• “X” pipes do not directly bolt-up to headers, header adapters required.
• Includes 6 heavy-duty clamps
• Welding the width adjusting slip-connectors is recommended once the X-pipe has been properly aligned.
